Adapter RFQ Checklist
For a clearer quote scope, identify the requested SC/APC, LC or hybrid interface; simplex, duplex or quad format; required polish and fiber mode; and the installation point such as an ODF, panel, terminal box, closure or drop location. Include the applicable panel, enclosure or mounting reference when it affects the requested line. Include related pigtail, cable or fast-connector lines where the interfaces belong to the same BOM, plus quantity, packing, drawing/reference model and destination. Do not assume project compatibility from a connector family name alone.
