Start With the Installation Context

For FTTH projects, the cable application should be clear before a supplier compares constructions or prepares a quote. Identify whether the line is for indoor routing, outdoor access, self-supporting installation or another project requirement. Keep each construction or fiber-count requirement on its own BOM line.

When a project also needs field termination or passive accessories, include those line items in the same RFQ. This gives the buyer one connected review path without implying that every installation uses a fixed kit.
