RFQ Checklist: State the Workstage and Connected Passive BOM
- Label the workstage. Identify whether the requested line is for build-out, activation, extension, repair or replenishment. Do not assume the workstage from the country or a coverage statistic.
- Identify the installation point. Where available, attach the buyer-controlled drawing, BOM line or approved reference for the terminal, distribution box, ODF, cabinet or other location.
- List the passive path in context. State the related drop cable, PLC splitter, ODF, pigtail, adapter, fast connector or accessory lines that must be reviewed together.
- Provide documented interfaces. Include connector interface and polish, split ratio, package type, fiber or cable requirement, length schedule and any approved reference only when they are defined by the project.
